Design safety standard

1. The design of the equipment owns the safety protection device. On condition that the burner ignites abnormally when burning, the equipment will cut off the fuel supply automatically to make it stop operating automatically.

2. Before the equipment stops operating, the automation device will carry out detection to the cooling in the combustion chamber so as to make the incinerator stop all the operation when the temperature is lowered to the set one.

3. There is connection protection device designed between the system and the equipment so as to avoid electricity leakage. When the relative humidity is 85%, the loop insulation resistance of the electrical apparatus shall be no less than 24MΩ and the grounding wire is designed to transmit the electricity leakage power. Metal hose is installed between the line connecting of the equipment.

4. Prior to delivery of the equipment, all the parts of it shall undergo the inspection of the technical department in the factory. Pressure test experiment will be carried out to the tightness, water supply and drainage pipe and the oil pipe to avoid the occurrence of the leakage.
